Mikov Group is a development company with a purpose. Or should I say with a couple of them? Why? Because we have a number of stakeholders. First of all we are here to participate in changing the face of Jersey City, to build modern, comfortable, quality homes for Jersey City residents and the newcomers.

We are also here to create jobs for local contractors and vendors, so they make and spend money locally. Speaking of money, our third goal is to generate healthy return for our investors and creditors.
